Recruitment fraud notice
How to recognize fake recruiters using our name, and how to report them.
This page is a working draft. Highlighted items are placeholders. Have it reviewed by counsel before publishing.
Effective [effective date]
We never ask for money
We will never ask you to pay a fee to apply, interview, be screened, be trained or start work. We will never send you a check and ask you to buy equipment, and we will never ask for bank or card details before a written offer.
How we contact you
Our recruiters contact you by email from our own domain ([@company email domain]) or by phone. Every job they discuss is listed on this website. Interviews are by phone, video or in person, never only by text message or chat app.
Warning signs
- Messages from free email services claiming to be us.
- Offers made without an interview.
- Pressure to reply or pay immediately.
- Requests for your Social Security number or bank details early in the process.
If you are unsure about a message
Do not reply with personal information. Forward the message to info@rnjobsconnect.com or use the contact form and we will confirm whether it is genuine.
You can also report fraud to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. If you shared personal details, IdentityTheft.gov explains what to do next.
