Effective [effective date]

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find and apply for our jobs, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we are doing

  • Using headings in a logical order and clear page landmarks.
  • Making features usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Keeping text and controls at a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
  • Labelling form fields and explaining errors in words.
  • Designing for phones first, with layouts that work when text is enlarged.

[Add the date of your last accessibility review and who carried it out.]

Known limitations

Uploaded resumes are passed to recruiters as you provide them; we cannot control the accessibility of documents we receive. Links to external boards of nursing lead to sites we do not manage.

Other ways to apply

If any part of the site or application is difficult to use, you can apply by email at info@rnjobsconnect.com or by phone at [phone number]. We will make reasonable accommodations at every stage of hiring, including interviews.
