Job Title: RN – CTOR
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 7:00A – 7:30P
Hourly rate: $73/ hour on W2 Negotiable
Job Requirements

• Cardiac and Cardiothoracic OR experience required
• BSN required
• Active New York State RN License
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• EPIC experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care.
• Maintain patient safety, quality standards, and accurate documentation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and hospital compliance requirements.
• Manage resources, supplies, and patient flow efficiently.
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned.

Schedule & Unit Details

• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Holiday coverage: Volunteers
• Unit capacity: 19 beds
• Average unit volume: 50 cases per day
