Job Title: Emergency Room (ER) RN – Critical Need
Location: San Leandro, CA 94577
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week; 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Pay: Up to $3000 weekly

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and prioritize patient care needs in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Respond to emergent and critical situations, providing life-saving interventions and patient/family education as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC)
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course OR Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• TNCC

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
