Job Title: RN – Neuro Surg

Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: 9:00A – 4:00P
Hourly rate: $52/ hour on W2 Negotiable
Job Summary

• Provides safe, competent, and high-quality nursing care to patients and their families.
• Applies evidence-based nursing practices, clinical judgment, and the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU, Medical-Surgical, or Neurosurgical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Neuro Surgery Outpatient experience — mandatory.
• EPIC experience.

Unit Details

• Department: Neuro Surgical Unit
• Unit Capacity: 13 beds
• Average Census: 4–6 patients
• Staffing Ratio: 1:6
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every other weekend and holidays

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 2 years of Neurosurgery Outpatient experience.
