Job Title: Nurse Supervisor – Assistant Director of Nursing- Behavioral Health (BH)
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration: 11/23/2026 – 02/27/2027
Shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | 7 Hours/Day | 35Hours/Week
Pay Range – $85/hr – $90/hr

Schedule Notes:

• 5 days per week.

• Assistant DON experience required.

• At least 2 years of Behavioral Health (BH) experience required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Seven (7) years of experience, including five (5) years in a supervisory role.

• At least two (2) years of Behavioral Health (BH) experience.

• Assistant Director of Nursing (Assistant DON) experience required.

• Ability to plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.

• Experience monitoring patient care performance and assessing units in collaboration with nurse managers.

• Ability to communicate and assist with corrective actions.

• Experience developing record-keeping systems for medication errors and counseling.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program.

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• RN License.

• Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

• BLS.

Languages:

• English — Speak, Read, Write.
